The massage uses a particular combination of essential oils and alternates between applying moderate pressure and firmer pressure. Before usage, the essential oils are diluted, and they are administered during the massage together with lotion. The essential oils are said to have special therapeutic capabilities when inhaled following exposure, in addition to the benefits they confer on the client's body when they come into direct touch with them.
